Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative who can excel in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working with people and be motivated to grow within their position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and engaging with existing and potential customers, utilizing an effective sales system with our CRM, Salesforce. They will also receive extensive training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers in-person to discuss their telecom and entertainment needs
- Specialize in customer retention and acquisition through face-to-face interactions
- Utilize sales skills to meet sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service-based roles such as restaurant, retail, sales, or business development
- Ability to adapt to changing situations
- People-oriented, team-oriented, and solution-oriented
