Job Summary :
As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing business activities and driving revenue to achieve targets and goals. You will report to the Regional General Manager and work closely with other executives to optimize resources and technical services. Your primary responsibilities will include improving overall business functions, training departmental leads, managing financials, and developing strategic initiatives while communicating business objectives effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities :
General Management : Ensure excellent coordination between all business departments (Sales, Administration, Technical Services, Project Management, Production, and Client Services) to provide a premier client experience.
Operational Oversight and Authority : Manage and supervise project and service activities according to client-established methodologies, proactively resolving any client issues that arise.
Employee Management : Assess and enhance the capabilities and performance of staff regularly, ensuring necessary training is provided to meet the demands of the role.
Evaluate and address the technical services needs within the organization to contribute positively to the company's Shared Technical Resources system.
Planning & Budgeting : Develop regular forecasts and strategic plans for business operations and financial performance.
Facility Management : Ensure company facilities are maintained effectively to support operational objectives.
You will be responsible for converting sales opportunities and project backlogs into revenue through efficient solutions and exemplary service, collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to achieve client satisfaction and profitability goals.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Possess a minimum of five years of experience managing project-focused businesses such as electronic system integration, construction, or engineering.
Understand construction contracts, billing processes, and operational requirements.
Skillful in addressing conflicts among clients, partners, and team members.
Proven ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment.
Exemplary management and organizational skills, alongside strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Advanced competency in computer applications.
Basic proficiency in financial analysis, budget creation, and income statement review.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical aptitude and strong attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to adapt to customer needs outside traditional working hours.
