What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician position at CORPORATE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT?
CFM is seeking the team member for its custodial staff. Duties include but not limited to “Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and restock bathroom supplies to create a pleasant bathroom experience for our guests.” Sweeping and mopping of floors, removal of trash, cleaning of break room, and entrances.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Customer service skills to interact positively with clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
