FP&A Analyst
Reporting directly to the Manager, Finance, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for building out the financial reporting processes at CFI and Macabacus, the leading provider of online financial training and productivity tools. As our business and reporting needs grow, we are looking for a motivated individual in Finance/Accounting who is eager to dive in and develop the processes and metrics to take us to the next level. This role will be a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in maintaining weekly/monthly bookings and cash flow reporting
- Tracks, measures, and reports on key financial and SaaS metrics
- Helps drive the CFI and Macabacus entities forward by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, recommending actions
- Partners with leaders across the business to help align budgeting and keep forecast up-to-date
- Provides solutions for ad hoc report requests and modeling
- Supports efforts around process improvements, system implementations, and reporting automations
- Experience with SaaS business metrics and experience with data analytics tools a plus
Desired Skills
To perform this role, you will need the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or other quantitative field
- 1-3 years of experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Netsuite, Salesforce, Maxio, and data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) a plus
- Previous experience at a SaaS company a plus
