You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- 3 years of corporate fitness program development and implementation experience preferred
- 2 years supervisory experience required
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
- ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification preferred
- Personal Training experience preferred
- Group Exercise experience preferred

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Community Engagement Manager:
- Work for the successful execution of service deliverables/statement of work
- Ensure all contract requirements are met
- Develop, track and maintain assigned budgets
- Collaborate and strategize with Supervisor and client on a regular basis
- Demonstrate flexibility with changes in client/member needs and adapt accordingly
- Work with onsite team on the creation, implementation and execution of annual program calendar/strategic plan which includes ongoing DEI initiatives
- Analyze and report on progress achieved on defined engagement and objectives
- Work with onsite Team Leaders to build effective fitness and wellbeing strategies
- Create standardized messaging and marketing materials for programs and services
- Conduct 1:1 fitness training sessions
- Conduct Group Exercise classes
