A healthy work life balance is essential:
- Monday - Friday
- Alternating shifts between 6 am - 2 pm and 11 am - 7 pm
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field required
- 1-2 years experience in fitness industry, supervisory experience preferred.
- ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification preferred
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:
- Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
- Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
- Supports the development of the annual program plan and implementation of creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
- Contributes to ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
- Supports ongoing budget management efforts
- Supports the development of employees supervised
- Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
- Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
- Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
- Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goalsetting
- Support CFW Culture and initiatives
