You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- 3 years of corporate fitness program development and implementation experience
- 1-year supervisory experience
- Marketing experience preferred
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
- ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification or ability to obtain within first year of employment
- Ability to travel to other parts of the country 1-2x/month, sometimes on short notice
- Must be located in one of the following areas and able to be in office full time:
- Boston, MA
- Smithfield, RI
- Merrimack, NH
- Durham, NC
- Westlake, TX
- Covington, KY

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Manager of Programming and Engagement:
- Work with Account Lead for the successful execution of service deliverables/statement of work
- Ensure all contract requirements are met
- Develop, track and maintain assigned budgets
- Collaborate and strategize with Account Lead and client on a regular basis
- Demonstrate flexibility with changes in client needs and adapt accordingly
- Anticipate associate and client needs and provide proactive service
- Work with site Team on the creation, implementation and execution of annual program calendar/strategic plan which includes ongoing client initiatives
- Assist client team to develop success metrics and provide analysis and insight on the impact of programs and offerings
- Analyze and report on progress achieved on defined engagement strategies and objectives
- Help develop engagement strategies for promotions portfolio wide and plan to increase partnership with regional onsite groups
- Work with onsite Team to build effective fitness and wellbeing strategies that are nuanced for specific region
- Create standardized messaging and marketing materials for onsite Team and review marketing materials as needed
- Travel to other office locations to be in the community and gather information to meet their needs and develop programs and solutions based on findings
