What would your work schedule look like?
- Monday - Friday
- 8-hour shifts, available as needed
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM, or AFAA certification preferred
Here is the good stuff:
- $17 - $18 per hour
What would be your responsibilities?
- Create a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
- Build connections with members and anticipate their needs with proactive customer service
- Assist with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
- Develop customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
- Lead new and innovative group exercise classes
- Assist the team in overseeing general facility operations
- Support CFW Culture and initiatives
What skills are required?
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization skills required
- Good working knowledge of computers: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
- Personable; positive attitude
