Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical, electrical construction, and engineering talent.
- Craft compelling job postings for industry-specific job boards and social media platforms to reach qualified candidates.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to connect with passive candidates via job boards, professional networks, and industry forums.
- Conduct initial screening calls or video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers and teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment with timelines.
- Prepare and extend competitive job offers, balancing candidate expectations with company compensation structures.
- Facilitate salary negotiations, onboarding planning, and pre-employment requirements (e.g., background checks, drug tests, references).
- Oversee and execute onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into company culture and operations.
- Guide new hires through their first experiences, including paperwork completion, training sessions, and resource access.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records within the ATS and report on recruitment metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and cost per hire.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific hiring regulations.
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a lead recruiter or generalist role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Paycom preferred.
- Skilled in recruitment technologies like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and the ability to analyze and present metrics.
- Proven track record in hiring for technical, electrical, or engineering roles.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
