GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in culinary arts and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of items, including breads, pastries, and cakes, while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, utilizing various techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to adhere to food safety standards.
- Package finished products for display or sale while ensuring proper labeling.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Kitchen-related experience preferred.
Basic Food Safe Certificate
All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per CHH standards.
