What You'll Be Doing :
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to come up with creative and delicious menus
- Maintain high standards of food quality
- Manage food costs and inventory to make sure we're making money
- Oversee banquet catering and help create new menu items
- Prepare and cook food following recipes and sanitation guidelines
