We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
JOB SUMMARY: Housekeepers report directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor and are responsible for the daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, public and common customer and employee areas, and working in the laundry department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collect, sort, clean, fold and store laundry; operate washing and drying equipment and maintain laundry room in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Replenish supplies in guest rooms
- Change sheets and make beds
- Clean all showers, toilets, sinks and floors
- Pick up inside and outside trash and dispose of in designated dumpsters.
- Clean public areas including restrooms, recreation areas, gym and offices.
- Deep clean guest rooms when unoccupied.
- Scan all non-emergency maintenance issues into the Limble maintenance tracking system including assistant property manager’s email. Contact assistant property manager immediately with emergency maintenance issues.
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation to and from work.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
- One (1) year housekeeping experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
