Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified, hands-on Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our camp. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with a proactive attitude, eager to grow within a fast-paced and expanding company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly and weekly reports on property performance and maintenance status.
- Preventative Maintenance: Ensure properties are following preventative maintenance checklists, with timely resolution of issues.
- Work Orders: Manage work orders, ensuring all are completed within 24 hours.
- Housekeeping Oversight: Monitor housekeeping to ensure property cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain control over material inventory to ensure resources are available.
- Daily Property Walkthroughs: Conduct daily walks to identify and address any issues on-site.
- Departmental Oversight: Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen operations.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve client and corporate issues promptly and professionally.
- Budgeting: Manage monthly and quarterly budgets effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in property management, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills. Payclock is a plus.
- Professionalism: Maintains a professional demeanor with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Positive, motivating, and team-oriented attitude.
- Diversity Awareness: Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people, including residents, staff, and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
