FRONT DESK ADMIN
Reports To : Director of Office Administration
Job Type : Full Time
Hours Per Week : 40 hours
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
An office admin maintains incoming calls and emails to ensure clients requests are completed in a quick and efficient manner. As well as assisting with the overall cleanliness and organization of the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Screen incoming calls to verify if the call is for front desk or another department
- Take in information from calls and translate it accurately into a que or transfer accordingly
- Communicate with all departments to ensure calls are routed to the correct person
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakroom
- Ensure snacks and office supplies are stocked
- Maintain reservations email and put in ques accordingly
