Reports To: VP of Ops, COO
Job Type: Full Time
Hours Per Week: 40 hours
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Hospitality Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success throughout the hospitality organization, this will be achieved through career fairs, networking, sourcing via job sites, social media, and any other emerging technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develop enhanced strategies and programs to attract candidate
- Pre-screen, interview, assess and provide the best job candidate
- Align job candidate profiles with staffing objectives
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- Fully utilize free job aggregating sites, job boards, social media and digital talent acquisition mediums to provide a pipeline of candidates for sales positions
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files

EXPERIENCE
- Must be computer savvy using applications Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service
- Experience with sourcing on Major Job Boards such as really, ZipRecruiter and others.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Ability to self-manage and organize data and files.
- Must have knowledge of labor and employment laws and best practices for acquisition of talent.
- Must be fully aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the function.
- Strong phone communication skills and speak clearly; writes clearly and informatively
