Job Description : We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and building our creative team to develop innovative concepts and designs that align with our brand's vision and goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of creative projects from concept to completion. This role is a coach and player. You will be doing the tasks right alongside your team as well as supporting their development and execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and work alongside a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's brand and business objectives.
- Oversee and personally execute the creation of high-quality visual and written content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication of the brand message, and unique client branding requirements.
- Collaborate future creative department efforts to support IT implementation of Figma UI / UX tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
- Supervision, management and workload support / sharing of two Graphic Designers.
- Selection and supervision of any outside graphic design companies or people.
- Management of the annual Creative Department budget.
- Timely and satisfactory completion of all creative production tickets.
- Management of company website(s). Content uploads, periodic refreshing of images and text.
- Management of company social media sites.
- Management of company marketing materials, to include brochures, email communications, special events, and blank presentation templates.
- Management of special creative projects as needed, to include :
- Client product / logo ideation
- Support for client (new and existing) presentations
- Support for internal or external company presentations
- Maintenance of the company’s branding, logos, color schemes, etc.
- Player / Coach. Expected to work hands-on to supplement the Graphic Designers during times of work overflow.
