What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Legal Case Manager position at Corporate Immigration Attorneys P.C.?
The duty of this position is to instruct, assist, and communicate with clients to prepare all the documents required for Visa applications. We will provide orientation and full training after onboarding.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain entry into the business immigration field. We are looking for applicants who recently graduated or soon to graduate from law school and are looking to take the bar exam within the year of being hired. Potential hires will be promoted to attorney upon passing the bar.
Ideal applicants should be able to work 40 hours every week. Although this role is fully remote, candidate must reside in the state of Wisconsin.
Job Responsibilities
- Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials
- Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback
- Reply to client messages in the case management system
- Work on reference letter projects
- Overtime might be needed to respond to clients’ messages and finish client’s projects on time
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- JD degree or equivalent
- Excellent English writing skills
- Outstanding client service skills
- Proficients with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Demonstrate professional demeanour
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant internship or work experience as assets
- Mandarin speaking preferred
