Our client is a reputable and growing service provider, and they are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their growing team. The person in this position will report to the Director FP&A and will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's financial future. You’ll take ownership of building and leading the FP&A department, partnering with leadership to drive smart decisions and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the FP&A function—processes, structure, tools, and team
- Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Develop dynamic reporting packages and financial models
- Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver insights to senior leadership
- Leverage BI tools for enhanced analysis and data-driven strategy
- Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, IT, operations, and more
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A; management experience preferred
- CPA, FPAC, or MBA is a plus
- Strong skills in OneStream (preferred), Hyperion, or HFM
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- BI and data management expertise
- Strong modeling, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
