Job Summary:
Seeking a Security Lead to oversee all security operations at our venue. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment by managing front-door operations, enforcing security protocols, and coordinating with management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Door Oversight:
- Monitor and control entry to Townhall, ensuring all guests meet venue requirements.
- Check IDs, manage guest lists, and enforce age restrictions as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while handling guest interactions.
Security Operations & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property by proactively identifying and addressing potential security risks.
- Enforce house policies, prevent unauthorized access, and handle disturbances professionally.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, de-escalating conflicts when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of emergency protocols and coordinate responses with management and law enforcement if needed.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Train and oversee security staff, ensuring they adhere to all safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with Townhall management to implement best practices for venue security.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in security, hospitality, or crowd management required.
Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of local laws and security best practices.
Additional Details:
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and high-traffic event nights.
