Manufacturing Company has a position open for a Senior Vice-President of Manufacturing and Operations. Candidate will prepare information for the Chief Executive Officer’s review to coordinate and manage Company manufacturing operations to ensure timely and quality product manufacturing, will establish manufacturing standards, process improvements, techniques and strategies leading to improved financial results and production performance and will lead a team of managerial staff to attain plan production and quality targets. Position also requires analyzing, interpreting, and executing policies, procedures, and programs established by the Chief Executive Officer to maximize manufacturing operations and ensure quality and low-cost production. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is required as well as five years’ experience. Project management experience in manufacturing industry, experience in capital management of food manufacturing processes and supply chain processes. Experience with ERP systems, food processing equipment, continuous improvement and lean methodology.
