What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Corporate Office!?
Unique opportunity for a F/C Bookkeeper to join our team! Hours are 7:30-4:00 Monday-Friday, this is an in-office position. Must be fluent andf well trained on QUICKBOOKS - use QB ENTERPRISE.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accounting records (compiling and analyzing)
- Reconcile and audit company financial records / financial statements
- Analyze and study trending A/P and A/R
- Posting financial transactions to proper accounts - prepare financial statements
- Report and prepare sales tax report
- Assist in all areas of the operation as requested
- Other projects as assigned
Experience & Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelors in accounting or business admin - will consider equivalent business experience
- Excellent skill set using Quickbooks Enterprise
- 3 years Bookkeeping / Accounting experience working in a medium sized profitable business (GAAP)
- Reconciliation experience
- Self-motivated and able to take direction meet deadlines
- Analytical and detail oriented, problem solving skills
- Able to provide proper customer service to vendors verbally and written
- Must enjoy multi-tasking, able to stay organized, and likes to be busy all the time
Company will not provide relocation expenses. You must be living in AZ and able to commute to this job on a daily basis.
Salary : $58,000 - $62,000
