We are currently searching for a Residency / Fellowship Relationship Manager to join our Human Resources team.
In this role, the Residency / Fellowship Relationship Manager is responsible for building individual and institutional relationships. The individual in this role is key to our organization's ability to establish and maintain sound relationships with medical training program staff and students / residents who specialize in primary care as well as specialty and surgical programs. He / She is accountable for increasing recruitment by supporting enterprise-wide campaigns and relationship-building efforts. The Residency / Fellowship Relationship Manager promotes PAGNY’s brand to prospective physicians and clinicians to generate awareness of our organization's practice model.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes strategic plans to connect with internal physicians in training, recent graduates, and their faculty members / mentors as well as outside medical training programs.
- Develops new and established academic networks with medical training programs, regional / national specialty society associations as well as other healthcare educational programs. (CRNA, NP, PA, PT, Radiology programs)
- Organizes and conducts outreach with targeted medical and academic programs to actively build long-term relationships with physicians in training.
- Coordinates educational programs delivered by our physician leaders inclusive of but not limited to : residency curricula as a resource to the residency programs and / or evening social events. It is anticipated that this person will be creative in designing new ways to gain interest in our model and to help secure facetime with residents, fellows, faculty, and new graduates.
- Assists in the development and implementation of outreach strategies, policies, procedures and playbooks for targeted physician training programs.
- Establishes and builds strong relationships with medical program directors and key program stakeholders to establish relationship-building efforts.
- Travels to recruitment / networking events as needed.
- Collaborates with marketing team to develop posters, flyers, brochures, and other promotional and educational material to promote our brand. Works with the marketing and team on social media and other digital resources to establish and maintain relationships.
- Maintains a centralized database of medical program contacts as well as, local / national events. Prepares reports on progress and access to medical programs.
- Serves as a resource by supporting potential presenters to prepare proposals for submission.
