The Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing the development and implementation of the Communities of Opportunities Program and ensures the program is integrated throughout the company’s processes. This role manages key reporting and quality assurance.
- Facilitate monthly, quarterly, an annual social impact data collection. Review data quality, work to correct issues and anomalies and generate reporting.
- Responsible for training service providers and property management teams on CoO Toolkit implementation and Success Measure reporting. Follows up on implementation and data collection to drive completion percentage.
- Facilitate and oversee implementation of resident surveys, including review and feedback to asset management and property management.
- Elicit stories, profiles, and photos from service providers to support social impact storytelling.
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for outside providers and Property Managers. Review monthly calendars and annual service plans to ensure appropriate priorities are set.
- Coordinate implementation of social impact initiatives, such as National Night Out, digital access and Esusu, through scaled-up engagement of service providers and Property Managers.
- Prepare annual property budgets for resident services provision and oversight of social impact programing.
- Facilitate feedback to asset management, property management, and service providers on performance, service gaps, and opportunities to improve.
- Support COF in application for grants and other financial resources. Implement pilot programming for potential scaling in priority focus areas.
- As designated by COF, oversee elements of program implementation for FSS and TIPS.
- Facilitate access and information sharing on Research Project needs.

Education Requirements and/or Years of Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Social Work, or Public Health required.
- Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Social Work, or Public Health preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience with community development, affordable housing, and/or social impact required.
