Recruiting Consultant – Schaumburg, IL (2 positions available) – Hybrid
70,000 (base commission) average health, 401k, PTO, holidays, hybrid 3 / 2 schedule.
- You MUST currently live within a commutable distance of Schaumburg. Resumes that are 25 miles or more outside of Schaumburg will not be considered.

Our Sr. Recruiting Consultants average 100k to 150k annually. Most Sr. Recruiters choose to work from home full time, others enjoy internal interaction, a private office, and the ability to come and go as they please. It is a choice offered once fully trained and an established Sr. Recruiting Consultant.
Initially you will be taught the applicant side; source, screen, interview, presentations and debrief after interviews, and negotiating offers. You will also be introduced to client development. Understanding the clients’ openings, schedule and arrange interviews, negotiate salaries and job offers through the client. No day is ever the same or boring, and all days will fly by.|
