$48,000 - $55,000/Annually (Plus full benefits, dental, vision, 401k match, 2 weeks PTO, and a flexible schedule)

Position Overview:
As our company continues to expand, we are looking to grow our Customer Service team with dedicated and skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Customer Solutions Specialist II plays a pivotal role in supporting our customer base by providing outstanding service and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are captured correctly for timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate the shipping process for domestic and international orders, ensuring compliance with export regulations and efficient delivery timelines.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate quotes (utilizing QuickBooks) based on customer needs, product specifications, and pricing guidelines.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, tracking updates, and troubleshooting issues as necessary.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues, ensuring a smooth resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving processes and enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of customer service or inside sales experience in the manufacturing industry; candidates must have 1 years of experience to be considered if experience is outside the manufacturing industry
- Degree is preferred but not required
- Microsoft Office experience, QuickBooks is a plus but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
