As a Logistics Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products move efficiently from our production facilities to retailers and customers around the globe. You'll support the logistics team with coordinating shipments, managing inventory records, and working closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders, coordinate shipment logistics, prepare invoices, and provide billing documentation upon request.
- Plan and schedule carrier pickups and deliveries by determining optimal routing requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer and consumer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, products, or general support.
- Establish new vendor relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party carriers, ensuring timely and accurate order shipments from warehouses.
- Generate and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for timely order fulfillment.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, including order issues and pricing discrepancies, to ensure satisfaction and maintain service standards.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills are essential.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and a professional demeanor are necessary to provide outstanding customer service.
