As an HR Generalist / Payroll , you will be an integral part of a forward-thinking team, managing payroll for 200 employees and supporting human resource functions that contribute to the success of our operations.
Responsibilities :
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Assist in recruiting efforts, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations, providing guidance on company policies and fostering a positive work environment.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently for a workforce of 200 employees across multiple locations.
- Assist with managing compliance with employment laws and company policies, ensuring documentation and reporting requirements are met.
- Conduct training sessions and development programs to support workforce growth and advancement.
- Partner with HR team, management, and other internal departments to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Report directly to the HR Director and work alongside a team of 5 professionals in the Human Resources department.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and any HR policies.
