We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and optimization of our HR technology infrastructure. As we prepare for new system implementations and module enhancements in 2025, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead key initiatives that will enhance efficiency, compliance, and the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and integration of new HRIS modules to support evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to assess current HR workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend system-driven process improvements and automation.
- Assist with system configuration, data integrity, and reporting, safeguarding HR operations align with internal policies, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing for new system implementations and upgrades, ensuring accurate, smooth transitions during system changes.
- Develop and deliver training programs for HR and other relevant stakeholders to support HRIS system adoption, maximizing usage and functionality.
- Assist HR teams in maintaining employee records and ensuring HRIS data is consistently updated, accurate, and legally compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
- Support key HR functions like payroll, benefits administration, and performance management, working closely with HR Director to support departmental needs.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of HRIS experience, including system administration and implementation.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and talent management.
- Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across various departments.
