What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries to generate new leads and maintain strong customer engagement
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right technical products and solutions to drive sales conversions
- Create, present, and follow up on quotes and proposals to close deals and shorten sales cycles
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate specs, lead times, and delivery
- Manage sales pipeline and customer data in CRM; track opportunities, quotes, and follow-ups
- Support regional sales managers with lead qualification, account development, and territory growth strategies
- Proactively pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of inside sales experience (manufacturing required)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable discussing technical products and solutions with customers
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A team player with a proactive, customer-first attitude
