As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our consumer goods manufacturing projects, contributing to our ongoing mission of bringing great products to consumers worldwide. In this position, you'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that project timelines, lead generation, and sales activities are seamlessly managed from start to finish. Your role will involve keeping projects on track, supporting sales teams with new opportunities, ensuring that our projects are executed with precision, and meet the standards of excellence for which we are known.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for consumer goods manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with our product offerings.
- Track and manage project funnels, providing senior management with timely updates.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, specifications, and competitor activity, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project data is comprehensive and up-to-date.
- Respond to inquiries generated from advertising efforts, supporting prospecting activities for new customers/vendors.
- Manage incoming requests via the company website, qualify them, and direct them to the appropriate team for action.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- Provide ongoing support for project tracking, including detailed reporting on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
