Job Description

What you will be doing :

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and project profitability assessment.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions, business planning, and financial reporting.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks in the solar sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project feasibility, prepare financial budgets, and ensure adherence to financial objectives.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and risk assessments.
Stay updated on industry best practices, financial regulations, and emerging trends in the solar and BESS sectors.

Experience you will need :

Bachelor's degree in Finance.

MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewable energy finance with BESS.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, including financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

Solid understanding of the energy markets, including market dynamics, project economics, and regulatory landscape.

Experience with tax credit transfers and partnership structures.

Able to report to the office 3 days per week.

Authorized to work in the United States.
