Job Summary:
The Communications Business Partner plays a critical role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the companys corporate communications infrastructure to ensure seamless, effective, and strategic messaging across the organization. This position serves as a bridge between field operations, corporate support, and corporate communications, ensuring that communication platforms, tools, and processes align with the business needs of a growing company, support employee engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management (50%)
- Oversee and enhance corporate communications tools, including The Hospitality Hub (intranet), Digest and Pulse (operations facing communication rhythms), and SmileGram (hourly text messaging tool), and audits content, adoption, and efficacy of tools.
- Serve as communications subject matter expert, creating quarterly upskilling for contributors to content on corporate communications tools and ensuring that all content is up to date.
- Uphold governance for corporate communications tools.
- Maintain calendars for key content/occasions across all corporate communications tools.
- Standardize and streamline communication workflows, ensuring efficient dissemination of critical information.
- Manage crisis communication infrastructure, ensuring readiness for urgent or emergency situations.
- Analyze communication metrics and employee engagement data to refine strategies and improve message effectiveness.
- Build and maintain project and content plans to support communications infrastructure, campaigns and programs across ENPHG.
- Partner with leadership, HR, and key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective internal communications.
Content Creation (40%)
- Develop relationships with internal business partners to source content to inform and create key messages.
- Write and edit content and ensure distribution of key messages across a variety of internal communication channels.
- Develop templates, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and clarity in internal and external communications.
- Create and maintain ENPHG brand standards documents and serve as standards subject matter expert for ENPHG.
- Create and maintain ENPHG brand content repository, including PowerPoint templates, site maps, etc.
- Develop and contribute to strategic, creative, comprehensive communications plans to support key initiatives.
Culture and Engagement (10%)
- Provide culture and communications program and event support, including communications programming, vendor management, budget oversight, swag bag ideation and procurement, experience and atmosphere design, and day-of event execution for enterprise and corporate support center meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A passion for Eatn Park Hospitality Group, its brands, its purpose, and its people.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications
- Effective analytical skills and high attention to detail, including the ability to develop business cases, supervise the development of analytics and metrics, set goals, and identify gaps and opportunities for new projects and programs
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences and adapt to brand voice and tone.
- Strong understanding of communication platforms, collaboration tools, and digital workplace technologies.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as basic proficiency with MS SharePoint Online and content management / publishing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with conducting needs assessments with top leaders on communications and influencing outcomes directly with leadership.
- Experience working with IT teams on system implementations and enhancements.
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence internal and external entities at all levels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
