Job Title: IT Recruiter
Corporate Systems Associates, Inc. (CSA) has a 30 years reputation of presenting top technical talent to Fortune 50 clients in Insurance, Finance, and other business sectors. This opening will train you beyond your current IT Recruiter level to be able to understand and leverage some of toughest technical challenges and cutting edge needs in IT sourcing. Our niche is having technical recruiters who are technically savvy enough to proactively ask clients and candidates the drill down questions to uncover exceptional talent that goes far beyond simply matching keywords.

Qualifications:
- Technically understand all open positions available in order to source the best candidate
- Be able to speak knowledgeably and comfortably about IT technical positions from Jr. to Sr. levels
- Must be onsite 5 days a week.
- Live within 30 miles /- distance to Windsor, CT office
- Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience in IT contracting or IT staffing agency
- Strong self-management skills with the ability work independently
- Successful background in sales highly desired, i.e.. comfortable about discussing pay rates, negotiating, exploring, and asking the right questions in the right order to make intelligent decisions on your time.
- Exceptional customer service skills, attention to follow-up, and generating exceptional candidate reviews from their experience with CSA.
- A tenacious drive to win and a persistence to push beyond adversity to solve challenging problems
- Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including strategies that are uniquely your own (expertise in alternative search engines, boolean search strings, and data mining)
- As a recruiter, you will spend most of your day on the phone and emailing, so time management and interpersonal skills are paramount!
- Skilled verbal and written communication is necessary
- Ability to match candidate skills to IT positions and understanding IT terms and technology stacks (based on your level of experience)
- Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both
- Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality
- Exceptional ability on the phone to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Flexible work hours may be necessary to maximize outreach (ex: phone calls after PM)
- Strong desire to earn exponential commissions
Responsibilities/ Goals:
- Add qualified technical candidates to the matching pool daily (architect, software developer, cloud engineer, cyber security, systems administration, database engineer, DBA, PO, BA, Scrum Masters, etc)
- Contribute to weekly submissions (number specified by manager)
- Once training is complete, submitted candidates should be at a quality level that will generate client interviews
- Participate in daily meetings with other recruiters and management
- Cold calls, emails and text messages will be completed/ sent daily to potential candidates
- Ability to learn and follow CSA process and compliance protocol
