Role Overview: This is a 6 month contract position that could lead to a temp--to-hire role down the line, This is a Hybrid role out of Brooklyn or Cleveland, Ohio or Albany, New York. This manager is looking for more of a Senior resource to join his team. He may have more expansion on the team as well. He is looking for someone who has the following experience:
- 5 years of experience
- Worked with large projects - anywhere from $500k - 3 million or more
- Diverse portfolio and project expertise
- Leading teams - multiple project with more than one workstreams
- Someone who can update the stakeholder presentations
- Brainstorming for concepts of implementation and solutions
- Pushback on tech and other lines of business - looking for someone with this type of drive and initiative
- Proactive - responsive to change
- Following the Key Bank Lifecyle plan and process
- Identify risks or gaps
- Mitigation to closure
- Escalate to leadership
- Driving test plans and strategy
- Using both Waterfall and Agile
- Great communication skills
