We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool / Daycare Director to oversee the daily operations of our thriving early childhood education program. Duties
Responsibilities :
Administrative Duties :
Develop and manage the preschool / daycare budget
Oversee staff hiring, training, and evaluation
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Manage enrollment processes and waitlists
Maintain facility upkeep and safety
Educational Oversight :
Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
Monitor teaching practices and ensure quality educational experiences
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff
Child and Family Relations :
Foster open and effective communication with parents
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
Resolve conflicts between parents, staff, or children

Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is must
Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education administration
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
