We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Daycare Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Responsibilities :
Educational Oversight :
Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
Monitor teaching practices and ensure quality educational experiences
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff
Child and Family relations :
Foster open and effective communication with parents
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
Resolve conflicts between parents, staff, or children
Qualifications :
Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education administration
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
