Responsibilities
- Global Impact: Shaping recruiting strategies for diverse Business Groups across an international landscape
- Influence & Collaborate: Collaborating closely with HR Professionals & Hiring Managers to understand business needs, while attracting top talent
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Driving the entire recruitment process from start to finish, keeping the process on track & ensuring high quality & fast results
- Innovative Sourcing: Developing & implementing strategic, multichannel, proactive sourcing approaches
- Talent Development: Building & managing a robust talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or an equivalent academic area of focus is required
- 5 years of professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the full-cycle recruitment process; experience from a manufacturing company or agency preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Workday is preferred
- Experience filling multi-industry roles in manufacturing environments is preferred
- Domestic and International travel is required, 10-20%
