We're seeking a Strategic Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Development team. In this role, you'll execute highly strategic acquisitions and investments, supporting our overall mission. You'll be part of dynamic, high-performing teams that develop critical thinking, sophisticated financial modeling, and extensive communication skills within a fast-paced work environment.
As a member of our Corporate Development team, you'll evaluate active M&A targets, synthesize their business offerings, and analyze key drivers of revenues and profits. You'll also manage due diligence processes, validate investment theses, and identify industry trends.
We require a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics, along with 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or transaction advisory services. Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and analytical skillsets are essential for this role.
