As a Senior Business Analyst on our Corporate Services Reporting, Analytics, and Data (RAD) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate landscape through advanced real estate planning and technological advancements. You will work closely with real estate team members, Corporate Services colleagues, and others across the enterprise to support the successful completion of strategic real estate planning and technology projects.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Bridge the gap between real estate demands and technological toolkits, delivering tailored solutions
- Engage with a spectrum of stakeholders, understanding and translating complex business needs into actionable real estate strategies
- Spearhead data-driven analysis, employing advanced tools like Tableau or Power BI, to inform and influence high-stakes real estate decisions
- Innovate and maintain analytical tools, making intricate data accessible and comprehensible
- Work cross-functionally, aligning with customers and tech teams to ensure flawless project execution
- Communicate and present findings, orally and visually, in a way that can be easily understood
