SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW
Evaluates MTE and inputs data entry for USPS placard generation process. Assists with QC audits and coordinates and assist Flowline Operator in troubleshooting ABS machine misfeeds/errors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES
Collects all MTE travelers, evaluates MTE and traveler to ensure accuracy.
Data entry into the USPS WMS system
Organizes and files all paperwork.
Print all reports
Performs other duties as assigned.
SPECIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS (List specific skills required but not defined in Dimensions)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to organize and complete all necessary paperwork
Strong computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Able to pass Postal background security clearance
