As a Service Payment Specialist, you will be working with global clients and vendors to assist to register and renew domains.
Additionally, you will be supporting clients to process and fulfill orders, handle escalations and problem solve any issues that arise.
Most importantly, you will be part of a global leadership team with opportunities to support our clients and team members internationally.
Some of the things you will be doing :
- Providing excellent customer service to internal teams we support
- Cooperatively work with global Vendors to complete customer orders by building working relationships
- Manage both a shared team queue of new work and individual processing queue
- Partner with team to ensure all of the team’s daily orders are completed
- Provide daily order processing commitments and meet those commitments on a consistent basis
- Use critical thinking skills to research options and find solutions for client needs
- Research and analysis of domain name industry related information
- Partner with internal teams to execute on critical strategic domains projects
- Collaborate and contribute to process improvement projects in the domain sphere to increase team efficiency

- Interest in technology and agility at learning new products and features are a plus
- Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook : Beginner
- Excel - basic formulas (vlookup, conditional formatting, pivot tables)
- Effectively utilize multiple ordering platforms with speed and efficiency
