The All Source Intelligence Analyst assists the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands by serving within the intelligence directorate task area. The position’s primary mission involves providing timely, accurate, and relevant multi-discipline, multi-function intelligence support tailored to the USCENTCOM AOR for the COMUSMARCENT staff and subordinate units to assist in the Command’s decision making and staff actions for MARCENT’s component responsibilities and Title 10 service obligations. The All Source Intelligence Analyst directly supports services for the MARCENT G-2, including providing all source analysis of a wide variety of intelligence products and reports and assisting with editing, processing, releasing, and posting finished products to ensure the efficient execution of MARCENT OAMS tasks both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The All Source Intelligence Analyst will perform the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide all source intelligence analysis services at the expert proficiency level.
- Execute services and handle transactions using MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, M3, TAC, HOTr, Google Earth, Analyst Notebook, and Palantir.
- Provide all source analysis tailored intelligence products and assist with editing, processing, releasing, and posting finished products.
- Review, collate, correlate, corroborate, analyze, and maintain a wide variety of all-source intelligence reports/data from a wide variety of DoD, Interagency, and Allied/Coalition organizations and have documents readily available for the Government.
- Provide near-term and current analysis on regional terrorist organizations, Violent Extremist Organizations (VEO), illicit networks, insurgent groups, and related activities within the CENTCOM AOR.
- Compile foundational data as well as conduct near-term and long-term analysis of the socio-cultural dynamics, tribal analysis, geospatial behavior, and interrelationships of key social groups in the CENTCOM AOR.
EDUCATION
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum ten years of military experience.
- Experience in all-source intelligence analysis within military or intelligence settings, with a focus on multi-discipline analysis.
- Experience in providing tailored intelligence products, including editing, processing, releasing, and posting finished products.
- Experience providing analysis on regional terrorist organizations, Violent Extremist Organizations (VEO), illicit networks, insurgent groups, and related activities, particularly within the CENTCOM AOR.
- Background in compiling foundational data and conducting socio-cultural, tribal, and geospatial analysis, focusing on key social groups and dynamics in the CENTCOM AOR.

- Expertise in analyzing and integrating information from multiple sources to produce actionable intelligence. Ability to handle and interpret a wide variety of intelligence products and reports.
- Proficient in reviewing, collating, correlating, corroborating, and maintaining diverse intelligence reports and data from DoD, Interagency, and Allied/Coalition sources.
- Ability to provide current and near-term analysis on terrorist organizations, VEOs, illicit networks, and insurgent groups within the CENTCOM AOR and use analytical capabilities to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex intelligence data.
- Skilled in analyzing socio-cultural dynamics, tribal structures, geospatial behavior, and the interrelationships of key social groups in the CENTCOM AOR.
- Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (SharePoint, MS Teams) and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.) desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills desired.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Required to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus.
SPECIAL POSITION NOTATIONS
- Travel is required.
- Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company’s auto insurance provider.

- A TS/SCI clearance is required for this position.
