Job Description : Position Overview :
The Regional Manager is responsible for the services provided to customers within their assigned area and the performance of their District Managers. They could be responsible for other positions reporting to them depending on their respective Branch organization. They are to assure that the Branch achieves the goals identified in the approved financial forecast and that customer retention rates and revenue growth rates equal or exceed approved standards. They will visit customers regularly and verify customer’s perception of our services and initiate corrective actions when necessary. They will assure that all services provided are provided in accordance with all safety standards. They will complete various reports as required. They will be responsible for the safekeeping of company assets and the maintenance and appearance of company assets and owned or leased property. They will motivate and develop subordinates to assume positions of greater responsibility.
