Certification Details BLS Job Details Job Description : Data Collection Unit Information : Location : Address : Floor : 4th Building : Heart Hospital General Information : Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds - 25 Number of Staff – 40 Type of staff : Day Shift – 1 free charge, 1 UC, 1 MT, 2 CNAs, 5 RNs Night Shift – 5RNS, 1 CNA, 1 MT Patient Ratios – 5 : 1, sometimes 6 : 1 Type of equipment – Baxter IV pumps EMR - meditech Typical hiring profile : Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Job Requirements Must have : BLS Preferred or nice to have : Meditech experience, Telemetry experience Unit Specific Information List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : In addition to general med / surg competencies, it is preferred that applicants can manage chest tubes, manage non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodorone drips, manage weight-based heparin drips Additional Details Dress Code : Scrub Color - Royal blue Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
