Players Services Attendant – Part Time
We are looking to fill a part time position in our golf department at Corral de Tierra Country Club.
The Player Services Department is the first and last point of contact with our Members and guests. This position assists our Members when arriving and takes initiative to help our Members prepare for the day of golf or to help them conclude their experience.
General responsibilities include:
· Provide exceptional customer service and professionally communicate with Members.
· Communicating with golf professional staff to retrieve and deliver Member’s golf bags.
· Ensure Member's golf clubs are detailed, organized and stored safely.
· Organize golf cart fleet and charge fleet accordingly.
· Detail golf cart fleet in immaculate, show-quality condition.
· Manage golf cart return and bag storage room.
· Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness.
Minimum Requirements:
· Customer service experience & golf background preferred, but not required.
· Possess a driver’s license.
· Available to work either morning or evening and on weekends and holidays.
· Ability to perform physical job duties such as carrying golf bags and equipment, to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Maintain a pleasant, polite manner as well as a neat and clean appearance.
· Work cooperatively and professionally with other departments.
· Ability to be on ones feet for long periods of time.
· Ability to bend and reach when necessary.
