Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining documentation processes, ensuring that all records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with company policies. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
  • Create user manuals, system guides, and maintenance protocols.
  • Design and deliver training programs for NAA employees and end-users.
  • Support internal team collaboration and knowledge transfer.
  • Document technical specifications and configuration details.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and NAA requirements.

  • Mentor team members on best practices for document management and data collection.
  • Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in technical documentation and/or IT training.
  • Experience creating documentation for complex IT systems and infrastructures.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Experience with documentation tools and learning management systems.
  • Understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
  • Excellent research abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in mentoring others is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.09 - $17.91 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
