Job Summary:
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to work in our Assembly area. Each boat is detailed inside & out to exceed customers’ expectations & Nautique quality standards.
The hours for this position are 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime is required based on business needs.

Job Details:
- Does final cleaning of all parts of the boat.
- Install SeaDek
- Stand and clean floor
- Wipe inside and outside of the boat with a rag.
- Conduct the last check for gigs that need to be completed.
- Keep work area clean and orderly with sweeping.
- Lifting 20 pounds multiple times a day.
- Follow instructions of Manager/Supervisor/Lead
- Inspects all parts so that they are complete and up to quality standards.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Must comply with all OSHA and safety procedures
Tools used in this occupation include but are not limited to:
- Personal Protective Equipment- Safety Glasses, dust/mist respirator as needed
- Hand Tools- screwdrivers, power, and air drills, buffers, sanders, wrenches, scissors, and heat gun.
- Cleaners- All Purpose Cleaner, mineral spirits, acetone, soap, and water.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Experience with detail cleaning, housekeeping, etc.
- Extreme attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
- Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to climb into and out of the interior of boats.
- Must be able to wear proper safety equipment, including a respirator when necessary.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
- This is a safety-sensitive position
