Job Description

Key Responsibilities
The hours for this position are 5:30 am – 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required at times based on the needs of the business.
Job Summary
- Performs mix and lay-up of fiberglass, resins, and catalysts onto mold surface using various hand tools
- Works with structural adhesives
- Operates a variety of power tools, including but not limited to scissors, drills, grinders, and overhead hoists
- Wears protective equipment while working
Qualifications
- Able to work in a hot and humid work environment for a 10-hour shift standing, bending, and reaching
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Have the flexibility to work overtime both planned and unplanned to meet company goals.
- Must be able to work well with teams and in close proximity to each other
- Skills in fiberglass and resin preferred
- Ability to pass a spirometry test
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to follow all safety standards and procedure
