Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling marine engines while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance to all Company standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor processes and/or equipment to maintain or improve quality and/or process productivity and efficiency.
- Plan work to meet production schedule established by Lead Production Technician.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent level of training.
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks without loss of quality, efficiency, safe practices, or other critical standards of performance.
- Willingness to work overtime as assigned.
