HVAC Service Technician

We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team, someone independent, a self-directed, multi-functional leader with exceptional experience troubleshooting and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Pay Rate : Up to $45.00 Per hour. We pay based on experience
Benefits :Work Hours : Monday thru Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm. Additional pay benefits for on-call rotation & overtime

- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair oil & gas, boilers and furnaces, heat pumps, roof top units, and air conditioning systems.
- Test system performance and make necessary adjustments
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Be available to work nights / weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers.
- Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Applicants must be able to work well independently and with teams
- Good communication skills between dispatch and customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 4 years of HVAC experience
- Must have oil experience
- Proficient in using tools and equipment required for HVAC work
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Boiler installation a plus but not needed.
- Work well in teams and independently
- Good communication skills between dispatch and customers
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, oil, propane and electric heating / air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
- Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Possess basic hand tools
Position Summary : To provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial oil, propane, natural gas, air conditioning / heating systems, and boilers to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
